  • 2.5 cups of granulated sugar
  • 3.5 glasses of water

  • 3 cloves
  • 1 bowl of Fuy’s nature walnuts

  1. Put water, then sugar, into a pot large enough to hold the ingredients and let it boil.
  2. Let’s wash and clean our dried figs well, then cut the stems of the dried figs and divide them into 4 equal parts.
  3. Be careful not to chop the dried figs too small, otherwise they may melt and become unpleasant.
  4. Let’s add lemon salt, cloves and cinnamon sticks to the syrup that boils and begins to thicken.

  7. Meanwhile, clean and wash the walnuts, then drain them well.

  9. Gently mix the softened figs without crushing them and distribute the walnuts thoroughly.
  10. Leave the walnut-dried fig jam you prepared to cool down, you can enjoy it after it cools.
  11. You can put the cooled walnut and dried fig jam in jars and store it in the refrigerator.
